The hotel offers a quiet and relaxing atmosphere with a rooftop pool view ideal for unwinding, though not suitable for active swimming. The room change inconvenience at a late hour adds a small hiccup to an otherwise pleasant stay.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The room was eventually changed to one with an excellent view, but it wasn't soundproofed as a band playing across the water caused noise issues. Despite friendly service, there was no inquiry about the stay duration. The room wasn't ready on time, and it lacked entertainment like an XBox game.

The location, though a bit dated and far from downtown, offered early check-in assistance and access to nearby amenities. The dining experience was mixed, with some exceptional aspects but limited breakfast options.

The dining experience offered a good selection at Nomad, though the menu repetition was a downside. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The hotel rooms are very modern and very clean, huge, and comfortable. However, they can be extremely noisy on weekends due to the location near a nightclub/bar at the Irish Village.

The hotel offers easy access to Wild Wadi and free happy hours in the club lounge from 5 to 7 pm, alongside free parking. However, being given a non-smoking room near the Cuba bar where smoking was allowed was unpleasant. The room appeared different and somewhat dirty.

The hotel is pretty comfortable with friendly staff, offering cold water and ice lollies by the pool, and free water and drinks. However, some areas like the cushions on chairs seemed worn out, giving a slightly negative vibe.
