Upon arriving at the hotel at 9am, I was pleasantly surprised that our room was ready, and we could keep it until our late check-out at 1:30pm. The room was spacious, beautifully designed with a great rainforest shower and an impressive bath tub, and had all the amenities expected from a 5-star hotel. One point of improvement could be the hotel shuttle service.
